Q?How Many Technicians Does Your Company Have?

Our Company can provide literally hundreds of technicians for any given geographical area. Our Company utilizes technicians in three categories.

  1. Our Company?s own technical personnel which is constantly increasing to meet our customer demands.
  2. Contracted sub-contractors who act as the Company?s technicians.
  3. Retainer contractors who are paid a premium for standby service such as emergencies.
Q?Is Your Company Agreement Transferable To A New Owner?
A.

YES! In the case where your condominium or home is sold, our Company?s Agreement can be transferred to the new owner or your new address as long as it is in our service area. We require written notification of the new owner?s name, phone#, etc.

Q?Does The Company Offer Air Conditioning And Heating Check-Up?
A.

YES! Our company provides a Preventive Maintenance Program for Air Conditioning and Heating at an additional charge based on the number of units involved.

Q?Does The Company Accept Credit Card Payment?
A.

YES! We accept all major credit cards.

Q?Will The Company Provide Emergency Service For Heating?
A.

YES! Coverage for heating is available on a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day basis at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

Q?How Long Has the Company been in Business?

The Company was incorporated in 1992 and presently services many condominium complexes in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield Counties. The Company has provided prompt and effective service enjoying a renewal rate over 90%.

Q?What Do you mean by “light plumbing and electric?”
A.

What we mean by “light” plumbing and electric is anything that is part of your exposed plumbing system. We cover minor electric. We do not go through your walls, ceilings or floors.

Q?So if my washer, or other appliance cant be fixed will you pay to replace it?
A.

If any covered item is unrepairable it is the responsibility of the home owner/contract holder to purchase a replacement.
